Last night I got together with friends and got to say adios for a month. It was really nice to see everyone before I left. I cant thank you all enough for being so supportive, I will miss you all terribly.
However, it is these guys that I will miss the most. They know I am going somewhere and have been following my every move since yesterday. It must the be the very large suitcase in the other room. I wish I could take them with me. They have been my constant companions for the past 8 months.... wow I have been unemployed for 8 months. Time goes so fast when you are having fun :)
Today has been super productive: Had lunch with mom and David, had eyebrows done, ran to Office Depot for graph paper, got my trusty trowel, copied passport and credit card info, packed the rest of my room, cooked dinner, called UH about my application status and I am going to get in a quick jog with Carol. Woo hoo. Have to be up bright and early for an 8:30 flight to NYC. I have an 6 hour lay over. Long enough to do something? I just don't know!
